  1. Write down your the specific thing you want to achieve. Keep it short and to the point.
  2. List the next 3 actions you need to take to move you closer to your goal. Acknowledge each action as you take it.
  3. Lather, rinse, repeat. List the next 3 steps you need to take, take them and keep on til you reach your goal.

 

Motivating yourself and sustaining that motivation are in part a matter of what you tell yourself. By moving directly into action, you limit how much malarky you can give yourself.

The more you action you take, the more motivated and energized you’ll feel!
